Who we are

Authentic Care & Support Services is a locally owned, registered NDIS provider based in Adelaide. We support people across the metro area and the Adelaide Hills with help at home, out in the community and with making sense of the NDIS.

We started Authentic Care because we believe support works best when it stays personal. We are a team of more than 30 local support workers and coordinators, small enough to know every participant by name and big enough to be there every day of the year.

Our commitment

Everything we do starts with a conversation about you: your goals, your routine and the people around you. From there, we keep it simple.

• Big on communication. You’ll always be greeted by the same friendly voice, ready to answer your questions.
• The right connection. Meet your support worker first, so you know they’re the right fit for your needs and goals.
• Contactable 24/7. Need a shift cancelled, changed or added outside office hours? Our after hours team is there whenever you need it.
• Goal orientated supports. We work with you side by side to achieve your goals while maintaining your independence, choice and control.

What we support
